The Institute on Disabilities at Temple University is working together with the Sibling Leadership Network to study the support needs of siblings of individuals with disabilities. This project is funded by the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council.

We invite you complete this survey and to encourage other individuals you know to participate in this National Survey about Siblings of Individuals with Disabilities, their Support Needs, and their Families. They are looking for people to share their perspectives. The survey is for the following individuals to complete:
